Mariana Pereira
Psychologist

Mariana Pereira is a Portuguese Clinical Psychologist who has been practising privately in Luxembourg since 2019.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Lusófona University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. She is recognised as a Specialist in Clinical and Health Psychology by the Portuguese Psychologists Association (Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses), holds the European EuroPsy Certification, and is a member of the SLP – Luxembourg Society of Psychology and Psychotherapy.
She welcomes children, adolescents, and adults in a therapeutic environment built on active listening, empathy, and confidentiality, offering personalised psychological support that respects each individual's pace, personal history, and unique needs.
Her clinical work focuses on supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, emotional difficulties, behavioural disorders, as well as periods of transition, change, or adaptation. Her practice is based on an integrative, individualised, and person-centred approach, combining professional rigour with a deeply human and respectful understanding of each person's uniqueness.
She has also completed a one-year training programme in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) with the APTC, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic tools into her clinical practice.
Driven by a genuine passion for her profession, Mariana Pereira supports each individual in a journey of self-understanding, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being, with the goal of fostering lasting inner balance, greater self-awareness, and an enhanced quality of life.
